Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* KY PT License or Compact License Accepted
Assignment Details
* Monday through Friday.
* 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
* No call.
* Coverage area includes Daviess, Ohio, McLean, Henderson, and Webster counties.
