Medical Social Worker III LCSW

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Medical Social Worker III (LCSW) to provide advanced clinical social work services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement care plans, deliver individual, family, and group counseling, and coordinate resources for patients with complex medical and social needs.
