Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:30p-12:30a, 12:30a-8:30a. Weekends and holidays, coverage would before the times listed above and from 8:30a-4:30p

Setting: Inpatient

Types of Case: Adult

Credentialing timeframe: 30+ days
