Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience preferred. Client indicates they do not have capacity to train; prior HH experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred. Ability to travel 25–30 miles per day as part of the caseload. Availability to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Assignment Details
Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Days: Monday through Friday. Workweek: 40 hours per week. Caseload travel: Approximately 25–30 miles per day. Start: As soon as possible. Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential to extend.
