FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric care in patients’ homes and senior living communities in the Scottsdale, AZ area. In this full-time role, you will evaluate and treat older adults, develop individualized, function-focused care plans, and document outcomes using EMR tools. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and promote fall prevention, mobility, and independence.
