Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Meditech is preferred.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 3 years experience as a full-time sonographer.

Required Credentials: ARDMS AB, OB, and RVT required.

Special Requests: No RTO will be granted in the first 13 weeks of the contract.

Unit Details: Must be competent in abdomen (aorta, IVC, liver/biliary, pancreas, spleen, renal; normal and pathology), GYN (breast, ovaries, adnexa, uterus, pelvis; pathology and normal, post-menopausal, transvaginal, adult and pediatric), OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester, amniocentesis, complications, biophysical profile, gestational age, placental grading, abnormalities, IUGR, uterus/adnexa), neonatal (congenital anomalies and neonatal head), superficial structures (abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, hematoma, scrotum and testes, thyroid), and vascular studies (carotid duplex, segmental pressure studies, upper and lower extremity venous and arterial duplex). Procedures include aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative exams. Uses Canon i700 and Fuji Synapse PACS.

Shift & Scheduling: Holidays as required. On-call when appropriate.

14 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 91 days

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required
