JobSummary

JMTest Systems is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mid-SeniorCalibration Technician to join our growing technical team. In this role, youwill perform calibrations, qualifications, troubleshooting, and preventativemaintenance on inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IM&TE) in bothlab and field environments. You will support complex calibration projects,mentor junior technicians, and help ensure precision, safety, and compliancewith industry standards. WhatYou'll Do:
  • Performadvanced calibrations, repairs, and troubleshooting of specialized equipment
  • Leadonsite projects and communicate updates with customers and management
  • Mentorjunior technicians and provide technical guidance
  • Ensurecompliance with safety procedures and quality standards
  • Supportprocess improvements and technical training initiatives
  • Performpreventative maintenance and equipment qualification activities
  • Documentcalibration activities and maintain accurate service records

WhatWe're Looking For:
  • 4+years of technical experience in calibration, repair, or related field
  • Advancedknowledge of test equipment and industry standards
  • Strongleadership, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Provenability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Associate'sdegree in Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field (preferred)
  • Experiencewith automated calibration systems/software such as Fluke MET/TEAM (preferred)
  • Hands-onexperience with calibration, repair, and maintenance
  • Experiencewith mechanical and digital pressure measurement instruments (preferred)
