Full job description
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Industrial Facility Security Officer to head our High Point, NC facility. The role involves overseeing Physical Security and Personnel Security personnel and providing security guidance to business leaders supported by this facility.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring corporate compliance with government regulations and policies for the protection of classified information. Scope extends to personnel clearance processes, facility clearances, classified information systems, reporting associated with government industrial security requirements, responses to government compliance assessments, and relevant security training and awareness activities.
Track and maintain clearance pipelines.
Maintain records with company approved database
Maintain and update Internal corporate database.
Maintain control logs for classified documents.
Conduct collateral security briefings and debriefings.
Assist employees / candidates / consultants with completion of security paperwork.
Coordinate with customers and other government representatives on security issues / actions.
Create reports and maintain classified documents.
Provide support and assistance to other CACI and subcontractor personnel.
Create/send program visit requests for program personnel as needed.
Submit; maintain facility badge access, and renewal authorization.
Initiate and review clearance actions for personnel requiring access under multiple government contracts and subcontracts.
Collect and record security processing metrics.
Respond to facility intrusion alarms.
Process Foreign Travel/Briefings.
Assist with Government Annual Reviews (Quarterly and Annual)
Must be able to obtain a Top Secret
Must be highly organized with attention to detail
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently Facility Security Officer (FSO) certified.
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years related work experience.
Possess the ability to provide clear and concise communication verbally and written.
Active Secret Security Clearance
Working with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) 32 CFR 117, Defense Information System for Security (DISS), National Industrial System for Security (NISS), ACCS, and other DoW systems and manuals as they pertain.
Familiarity with security information systems (Fresh Haystack/SIMS/Access Commander) or similar.
Desired:
Active Top Secret (preferred)
Understanding of Closed Area builds and operations.
An understanding of Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and UL certificates.
An understanding of COMSEC account management.
A strong customer service presence.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$45,900 - $91,700
