Job Details

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects.
Experience with ground-up commercial construction required.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Proficiency with construction management software is a plus (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.).
Valid driver's license.
Preferred Project Experience

Experience on one or more of the following project types is highly desirable:

Educational Facilities
Healthcare
