Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver resident-centered care in our long-term and post-acute community. The LPN will provide bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, and document in the EHR while supporting interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and CNAs to promote safety, dignity, and quality outcomes.
