6am-2pm Production

Our client in Evansville, IN is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator you will be part of the Production team. The ideal candidate will have communication, time management and problem solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Evansville, IN

Pay Range: up to $19.50 DOE

What’s the Job?

• Perform quality checks to ensure that all packaged products meet company standards.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor or quality control department.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs..
• Keep the packaging area clean and organized, ensuring all packaging materials are stored properly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic experience in packaging, warehouse work, or similar roles.
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, physical stamina (for lifting, standing), and familiarity with packaging materials.
• Ability to work overtime when needed
• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test
