Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our hospital facility in Millbrae. You will work a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, with hours that may vary from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting licensed Physical Therapists in conducting comprehensive evaluations and designing customized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of individual patients.
• Guiding patients through therapeutic exercises and ensuring they perform the movements correctly to promote healing and prevent further injury.
• Administering manual therapy techniques and educational sessions focused on injury prevention and home exercise strategies.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems such as WebPT to ensure meticulous tracking of patient care and progress.

Compensation and Benefits
