Full job description

I am looking for a caring, dependable person to provide in-home care for my 13-month-old daughter during the school year while I work. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (Only on days that school is in session — I can provide the full school calendar of holidays, breaks, and days off.) Responsibilities: * Caring for my daughter and keeping her safe * Engaging her with play, reading, and age-appropriate activities * Helping with meals/snacks and her normal toddler routine I am looking for someone who is patient, trustworthy, reliable, and interested in a consistent school-year arrangement.
