Location: Loudon, TN
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM | No Weekends
Pay: $40/hour based on sales and KPI performance
Pay Schedule: Weekly

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Communicate customer concerns to technicians
  • Review digital vehicle inspection results
  • Present repair estimates and maintenance recommendations
  • Explain repairs clearly and professionally
  • Obtain customer authorization
  • Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email
  • Provide repair status updates
  • Manage repair orders from check-in through vehicle delivery
  • Follow up with customers as needed
  • Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation
  • Meet sales and customer-service KPIs
  • Help create a smooth, organized front-counter experience

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of automotive service advisor experience
  • Senior-level automotive service writing ability
  • Strong understanding of automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Proven customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage several repair orders at once
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working toward sales and KPI expectations
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Independent repair shop experience
  • Familiarity with digital vehicle inspections
  • Experience with automotive shop management software
