Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) – Evening Shift

Pay: $35 – $45 per hour
Schedule: 5 days per week | Every other weekend
Shift Options:
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Nurse Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee our evening shift nursing team. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supporting staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining smooth operations throughout the shift.

This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys leadership, teamwork, and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

  • Ensure quality care and safety for all residents

  • Provide clinical guidance and assist with assessments as needed

  • Respond to resident, staff, and family concerns during the shift

  • Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and change of condition documentation when needed

Qualifications

  • Active LPN or RN license in the state

  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

  • Leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
