Behavioral Health Counselor

Ada Behavioral Health at Mercy is seeking a behavioral health professional to deliver compassionate, patient-centered mental healthcare within our integrated Healthcare & Social Assistance setting. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll coordinate care, connect patients to community resources, and contribute to continuous quality improvement in a supportive, collaborative culture focused on innovation, learning, and professional growth.
