Licensed Mental Health Therapist

LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. In this hybrid role, you’ll deliver individual, family, and group therapy both in-person and via secure telehealth. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, diagnostic formulation, and evidence-based treatment planning, along with risk and suicide assessments, crisis intervention, and coordinated care with psychiatrists and other clinicians.
