• 12-hour or 24-hour shifts -- days 7 am - 7 pm, nights 7 pm - 7 am
• 8 - 10 shifts per month
• In-house OB/GYN hospital coverage
• Approximately 3,100 deliveries per year
• OB deliveries, C-sections, and OB ER coverage required
• Expansion of float pool -- ongoing opportunity
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
