Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with an established home health provider in San Luis Obispo, CA. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapy license is preferred. Candidates without a current California license will be considered; organization is willing to wait for candidates who require licensure.
• Home health experience preferred. New graduates and clinicians transitioning from other settings will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the San Luis Obispo service area.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Comfort with autonomy in scheduling and managing a caseload in rural and coastal communities

Position Details:

• Home Health Physical Therapy need in San Luis Obispo
• Paid per visit model + hourly with clinician autonomy. Four-day workweek may be available for full-time clinicians.
