Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Office Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Patients Per Day: Average 10-25
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Scope: Primary Care, All Ages
State Licensure: Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No
Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
