Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our healthcare and housing facilities safe, reliable, and welcoming. In this field-based role, you’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds, handling basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs. You’ll complete work orders, inspections, and documentation, support room turns and small projects, and respond to urgent issues.
