Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Special Requests Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.

Unit Details Charge RN nights role; ideally no patient assignment, but may take patients at night if staffing is short. May also take patients if census is less than 22, though this is rare. Dyad model with dedicated CNA support and virtual nurse support; CNA ratio 1:6-7 and virtual nurse ratio 1:30. Medical, surgical, and orthopedic patient population. Tele on the floor with a centralized tele station. No titratable drips except Heparin. RT is available 24 hours on the floor.

Shift & Scheduling Weekend requirement: as needed. Holiday requirement: as needed. No call.

Floating Requirements Floats to PCU or Burn.
