Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab Coordinator

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse Cardiac Rehab Coordinator to lead patient-centered cardiac rehabilitation services in an integrated, mission-driven setting. This role provides direct nursing care during monitored exercise and recovery, performs cardiac assessments, and coordinates individualized rehab plans in collaboration with cardiologists and an interdisciplinary team. The RN educates patients and families on heart-healthy lifestyles, medications, and risk reduction, while ensuring rigorous safety, quality, and documentation standards. You’ll help drive continuous improvement, mentor staff, and support community health through evidence-based cardiac rehab programs in a supportive, team-based environment.
