3067900 MAINTENANCE - DL HOSPJob Description:
Responsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus. Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, maintenance, and complex repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.Position may provide general work direction, within the scope of their license, to assigned team members.
Education Qualifications:
Minimum of a 2 year vocational school or a 2-year apprenticeship program or the equivalent
OR
3 years of experience in a maintenance role
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Class "Special" Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months as required by the facility OR holds a higher certification (such as 2nd Class B or C, 1st class license or chief A, B or C license) within 18 months of hire or transfer.
Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health's insurer.
