Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Vendor Compliance Specialist supports QVC by partnering with vendors, merchandising, and fulfillment center teams before and after delivery to promote understanding of and compliance with QVC Group’s standards.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our and will require you to be onsite at our Ontario, California Fulfillment daily. Job seekers must reside in one of the following state to be considered: CA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Review daily vendor delivery performance and address non-compliance issues before and at receipt.
Partner with DC teams to resolve compliance issues and support smooth operations.
Coordinate correction and rework of non-compliant product, assess costs, and process chargebacks in line with policy while keeping merchandising and vendors informed.
Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, merchandising, and operations on compliance-related questions.
Build strong vendor relationships through one-on-one support for both new and existing vendors.
Identify poorly performing vendors, take corrective action, and ensure rework is completed on time to meet ATS timelines, KPIs, and customer expectations.
What You'll Bring
3+ years of experience in a similar role
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work beyond task-level execution
Strong computer skills, including a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Strong communication skills
