DSPs assist participants in developing daily living skills, achieving individualized goals, and maintaining safe and healthy living environments.The DSP provides individualized support tailored to the needs, preferences, and goals of each participant while fostering self-advocacy, relationship building, community integration, and skill development. margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Complete required documentation including daily logs, data collection, progress notes, and shift communication in accordance with agency standards.</li><li style="background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Communicate participant concerns, behavioral changes, incidents, and significant updates to the QIDP, Administrator, or supervisory staff.</li><li style="background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Respond appropriately to emergency situations and utilize approved crisis intervention techniques when necessary and according to agency policy.</li><li style="background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Assist with participant transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings as necessary.</li><li style="background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Maintain a safe work environment and follow OSHA and agency safety standards.</li><li style="background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times;">Report all suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or other reportable incidents in accordance with agency policy and state requirements.</li><li style="background: white;
