RN Critical Care Float Pool

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for our Critical Care Float Pool. In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care across multiple ICU, step-down, and ED units, adapting quickly to diverse clinical environments. Responsibilities include advanced assessment, titrating critical drips, ventilator and hemodynamic management, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. You’ll support evidence-based practice, mentor peers, and participate in continuous improvement.
