Direct Support Specialist

As a Direct Support Specialist at Mosaic Life Care, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to patients and individuals with daily living, behavioral, or developmental needs. You’ll assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and therapeutic activities while monitoring health status and documenting observations.
