What You'll Be Doing
Support accurate and timely monthly close of the general ledger, including accruals, amortizations, and adjusting journal entries
Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts
Review and analyze financial statements for assigned business units
Prepare, distribute, and explain financial reports with actionable insights
Perform inventory accounting, including standard vs. actual cost variance and physical inventory analysis
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support operations
Contribute to audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
What Are We Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and/or IFRS
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
Work Environment
Office-based/Hybrid role within a shared services or corporate environment
Fast-paced, high-performance culture with collaborative teamwork
Interaction with cross-functional teams including operations, corporate, and regional leadership
