Full job description

PERKS OF THE JOB

  • Full-Time, Permanent Position (40 hours/week)
  • Inpatient Rehab setting, seeing 6-7 Patients per day
  • 1:1 Patient Care, allowing you to focus on Patient Outcomes
  • Adult/Geriatric population with a diverse caseload.
    • TBI, Stroke, SCI, Multi-fracture Traumas, Parkinson's, Dementia, amputations, etc.
  • Formalized 60-Day Training/Onboarding Followed By Mentorship
  • $10,000 Sign-On
  • $3,000/year in Loan Repayment
  • Full Benefits, 25 Days of PTO, Retirement, etc.

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

As an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in an inpatient rehab setting, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or surgery. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' ability to perform daily activities and achieve their rehabilitation goals. This Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and provide compassionate care and support to 7-8 patients per day as they navigate their recovery journey.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • New/Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Active PT license or the ability to obtain one
  • Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
  • H1B Visa Sponsorship is NOT Available
