We’re hiring a Front of House Manager for a high‑volume, family‑style restaurant known for consistent service, strong guest loyalty, and a hands‑on leadership culture. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of FOH leadership experience who thrives on the floor and enjoys building strong teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead FOH operations with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Train, coach, and support servers, hosts, and service staff
• Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and dining room organization
• Manage guest flow, table turns, and lunch‑rush execution
• Support scheduling, cash handling, and daily operational tasks
• Partner with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service

What You Bring

• Four or more years of FOH leadership experience
• Strong floor presence and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume service
• Guest‑first mindset with strong service recovery skills
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure

Compensation

$58,000 to $64,000 per year, plus benefits and growth potential.
