Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Client requires demonstrated experience with restorative care and gait training preferred. Ability to provide documentation and charting consistent with facility policies.
