Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

As a Shift Supervisor at Burger King location, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations during your assigned shifts. You will lead a team, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold Burger King's high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

* Supervise and train team members on proper food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
* Manage cash handling procedures, including drawer reconciliation and bank deposits.
* Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
* Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Oversee opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and breakdown.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
* Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
* Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and any operational issues.
* Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both employees and customers.

Job Qualifications

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
* Proficiency in cash handling and basic math.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
