• Wednesday ‐ Friday, 8 am ‐ 4:30 pm shifts
• 15 ‐ 20 patients per shift in hematology and oncology
• In‐house call with 15 minute response time
• 6 shifts per month
• Average 1 ‐ 2 phone consults per shift
