SR. HR Specialist – Full-Time | Days | On-Site

Location: Bellbrook Senior Living – Rochester Hills, MI

Glacier Hills, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is hiring a full-time SR HR Specialist to join our mission-driven team! Be part of a welcoming, resident-centered community where your work directly supports a culture of compassion and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Support HR events, communications, and data management

• Maintain accurate records and systems (Workday)

• Conduct audits and generate reports

• Manage payroll actions, invoices, and expenses

• Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of HR support, customer service, or admin experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, confidential environment
