What you’ll do:
This role provides a unique opportunity to leverage an analytical skill set in support of operational reporting and execution of supply-chain processes. The ideal candidate will need to effectively collaborate with business partners to drive change through cost reduction, operational efficiency, or other metrics.
As a Distribution Services Co-op your responsibilities may include:
• Complete consolidation and validation of weekly/monthly operational and production reporting for MMX Distributions Centers. Share observations at weekly dept meetings.
• Assist with development and execution of special processing initiatives (i.e., Chocolate Program, Damage Reduction Initiative) within cross-functional teams
• Support inbound flow through the development of merchandise availability models and reporting
• Provide liaison support between the Home Office and Distribution Centers to support communication of ongoing production needs, priorities, etc.
• Maintains ongoing archival process of production & operational metrics across all DCs/3PL Sites leveraging warehouse management system and other systems as needed.
• Participate in the development of key presentations to be delivered to business partners
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Key Qualifications:
• Seeking Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain and/or Operations Management
• Current Juniors or Sophomores
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, intermediate formulas, etc.), Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities
• Demonstrate ability to positively influence results, deliver above expectations, and collaborate cross functionally
• Initiative-takers who can prioritize, problem solve, organize multiple projects, and work independently
• Ability to work with numbers yet think creatively
Additional qualifications include:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
• Experience working with numbers
• A high level of curiosity
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficiency in Excel (i.e., pivot tables, charts, v-look up, etc.)

This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
