Must-Haves

• Current RN license in South Carolina
• 5+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• Strong nursing leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to drive change and improve patient care outcomes
• Experience working with diverse patient populations

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the behavioral health nursing department
• Lead strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes alongside multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor and develop nursing staff in a supportive, professional environment
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement
• Manage department budgets, resources, and nurse staffing
• Partner with providers to build patient-centered care plans

Nice-to-Haves

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or related field
• 5+ years in a behavioral health leadership role
