Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients regain independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate EMR documentation, participation in care conferences, and contribution to a supportive, patient-centered culture with opportunities for professional growth.
