Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Wash, peel, cut, and prep vegetables, fruits, meats, poultry, and seafood
- Weigh, measure, and portion ingredients following standardized recipes
- Properly label and store food, keeping perishables at safe temperatures
- Rotate stock, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all sanitation standards
- Assist in transporting food and supplies between prep areas, refrigerators, and cooking stations
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous prep cook or related kitchen experience preferred
- Understanding of food safety practices and storage requirements
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
- Flexible availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
