Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with 30-minute lunch break
Patient volume up to 30 patients per day
Patients ages 2 and up
New clinic -- volume may vary as practice grows
New patient evals, H+Ps, follow-ups, sick visits, annuals
Specialist referrals required
Hospital privileges required
BLS certification required
