Full job description
We are seeking a Board Certified Dermatologist for outpatient locum coverage in New York. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule in a busy dermatology clinic with strong clinical support staff and optional procedural work.
Assignment Details:
- Start: June 2026 or as soon as credentialed
- Ongoing outpatient coverage
- Primary clinic location with occasional float coverage as needed
Schedule:
- Monday Friday
- 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Practice Setting:
- Outpatient dermatology clinic
- Clinic-based practice environment
- Epic EMR
Work Details:
- General dermatology coverage
- Patient volume: patients/day
- Optional minor dermatologic procedures/surgeries available based on provider experience
Support Staff:
- LPN/RN/MA support
- Approximately 1 support staff member per 12 patients
Requirements:
- Board Certified Dermatologist required
- Active New York license required
- BLS required
- Minimum 3 years recent dermatology experience
- Recent Epic experience required
Additional Notes:
- Flexible scheduling may be considered
- Updated work history required
- Any malpractice history requires physician statement
