Job Description <br><p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p>Master Automotive Technician</p><p><strong>Location: </strong></p><p>6290 Atlanta Highway, Alpharetta, GA 30004</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are continuing to grow and are looking to add to our team a qualified Master Technician who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude. This individual seeks out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers. They compliment the skills and capabilities of our existing team.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Use their knowledge & skill to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers. </li><li>Work closely with the Service Advisors to provide effective recommendations that address each guest concern.</li><li>Perform full, accurate, and honest courtesy digital vehicle inspections.</li><li>Continuously build automotive expertise across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.</li><li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, to meet deadlines, and to deliver distinguished results.</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of excellence in safety and cleanliness.</li><li>Treat our guests and other team members with respect and integrity.</li></ul> <br>Qualifications <br><p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers</li><li>5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li><li>3+ ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li><li>Diesel and Euro experience preferred but not required</li><li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li><li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li><li>Professional appearance and strong communication</li><li>A desire for long-term career development</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li><li>Drive manual transmission vehicles</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer and/or a tablet</li></ul> <br>Additional Information <br><p><strong>Our mission is simple - Love your neighbor as yourself.</strong></p><p>Christian Brothers Automotive was built on the basic principle that honesty and integrity should be the driving force behind our business.
