What You'll Be Doing
Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies
Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant and yard areas
Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Support plant operations by moving materials and monitoring stockpiles
Follow all safety procedures and report hazards promptly
What Are We Looking For
Ability to work safely and follow established guidelines
Strong work ethic and reliability in completing tasks
Capability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Willingness to learn and operate equipment as needed
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer
$25.89 per hour
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
