Director of Medical Surgical Nursing

St. David's Medical Center seeks a Director of Medical Surgical Nursing to lead our high-acuity neurological med-surg services. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of staffing, budgets, quality, and patient safety while advancing evidence-based practice and regulatory compliance. The Director mentors nurse managers and RNs, drives performance improvement, and partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.
