Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email and text invitation from our trusted partner, Arena, to complete a short 3-5 minute questionnaire. Completing this step is required as part of the application process and helps us get to know you better.
Schedule & Compensation:
- PRN Position
- Hours: Between 7:30am - 4:00pm (flexible hours/days)
- $20.50/hour
- Design, plan, and implement fitness and well-being programs tailored to the needs and preferences of senior residents.
- Conduct exercise classes, including but not limited to strength training, balance exercises, aerobics, aqua aerobics
- Provide individual guidance and support to residents to ensure proper form, safety, and motivation during classes and exercise sessions for all residents.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field, or credit hours toward a degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications or specialized training in senior fitness is preferred.
