UCHealth is seeking RNs for our Acute Care Medical RN Fellowship, a comprehensive program designed for new graduates or nurses transitioning into acute care. In this full-time, on-site role, you will deliver patient-centered bedside care in a collaborative, academic environment. Fellows receive structured orientation, preceptorship, simulations, and ongoing education to build confidence and clinical competence. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team, support complex medical patients, and grow your career within a leading nonprofit health system committed to innovation, respect, and staff development.
