Float Pool Registered Nurse

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Regional Float Pool to deliver exceptional, compassionate care across multiple Mercy facilities. In this role, you will float between units and locations within the region, providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support diverse patient populations. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, ensure patient safety, and educate patients and families.
