Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Experience with pelvic health is required
* Experience with outpatient services is required
Assignment Details
* 30 hours total per week
* 8-hour shifts for three days and 6-hour shift for one day
* Majority pelvic health caseload with remaining non-pelvic outpatient services
* One-to-one patient care model
