Job Description:

Responsible/accountable for day to day operations of a food service operation. Possesses basic cafeteria, food service, and cash register knowledge. Oversees daily activities of the food service operation and is responsible for evaluation of standards and quality control. Directs and supervises staff as defined by the Missouri Food Code to accomplish all daily tasks.Education: • Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: • Preferred: 2+ years of food service, supervisor, or related experience Skills: ▪ Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills ▪ Excellent communication skills ▪ Able to follow directions and work together as a team player ▪ Able to stand for long periods of time ▪ Able to climb, carry, pull, or push up to 50 pounds ▪ Able to move quickly ▪ Basic cash register ▪ Food safety and sanitation knowledge Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
