Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

to join its growing Family Medicine team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while serving a diverse community with outstanding clinical support and exceptional work-life balance.

Position Highlights
100% outpatient Family Medicine
4-day workweek (4x10 schedule)
No call
Care for patients of all ages
Established practice with immediate patient volume
Base salary: $146,000-167,000 + productivity incentives
Dedicated Medical Assistant for each provider
Collaborative team of Family Medicine physicians, APPs, and Pediatrics
NHSC Student Loan Repayment eligible site

Qualifications
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Fluent in Spanish (required)
Eligible for California licensure
Passion for providing comprehensive, community-focused primary care
1+ years of experience required
